Unlike ESS, NYS and RRIE (which are all-comers nets), 2RN and EAN are liaison-only but they're good to listen to because the sending speeds aren't as scary as you may have thought (feel free to jump in if the NCS asks for help standing in for a no-show) and higher-level operation is very similar to the section nets.
